Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION IN ITALY 

Shipping within Italy costs €6.00.

Shipping is free for orders over €100.00.

Insured shipments are available throughout Italy. Crono express deliveries take 2/3 working days, handled by SDA courier (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays), in accordance with the Postal Services Charter, published on the website www.poste.it.

Two delivery attempts are made to the address indicated on the order note. The second delivery attempt is automatically made the next working day after the first unsuccessful attempt.

Upon delivery:

  • The shipment is handed over to the recipient or an authorized person (household member, cohabitant, family assistant, porter, or person in charge of mail distribution in the building), who must sign with their full name;
  • If the recipient is absent on the first delivery attempt, a notice is left to inform them that a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a notice of storage will be left with the details of the Post Office where the recipient can collect the shipment within the next 10 working days, including Saturday, starting from the working day following the second delivery attempt;
  • In case of non-delivery (due to the recipient being unreachable, insufficient address, incorrect address, non-existent address, unknown recipient, deceased or moved, or shipment refused by the recipient), a notice of impediment to delivery (Storage Dossier) will be sent, stating the reason.

Delivery will depart from our laboratory only after notification of successful payment in the requested manner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery method with UPS International.

For UPS International shipments, one or two delivery attempts are provided depending on the destination country, and delivery will be made according to the procedures of the destination postal operator. The number of delivery attempts for each country is listed in the Country Sheets published on the website www.ups.it. If the recipient is absent, a notice of missed delivery will be left with the date and time of the delivery attempt, the office where the shipment is held, and the storage period. The storage service is free. After the delivery attempts provided for each country, the shipment is held by the destination country's postal operator, generally for 15 days, including Saturdays and holidays. After the storage period expires, uncollected shipments will be returned to the sender.

Delivery times for UPS International

For UPS International shipments, the delivery targets are approximately:

  • 5 working days (for zones 1 to 4 as automatically displayed on the payment form), plus the day of collection (except for customs procedures for EU countries);
  • 7/8 working days (for zones 5 to 8 as automatically displayed on the payment form), plus the day of collection (except for customs procedures for non-EU countries);

The above delivery targets apply only to shipments that comply with the payment methods established by Duestelle Italia.

Customs duties

The Supplier ships with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula in EU countries, so in these destinations, the goods will arrive directly at the indicated delivery location without additional charges beyond what has already been paid at the time of placing the order. For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, so the courier may present a separate invoice requesting the payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities. Buyers residing in a non-EU country are advised to check local taxes and duties before placing an order with the Supplier.

INSURANCE AND SUPPLIER LIABILITY

The Supplier insures the products against theft and accidental damage from the time of delivery to the courier until they reach their destination. Therefore, the Supplier is not required to replace or credit tampered, damaged, or lost material during transportation.

Free Delivery

Duestelle Italia is pleased to offer free delivery of your jewelry with a minimum purchase of €100.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product selected by the customer.

Delivery is completely secure, and your jewelry is insured until the delivery is completed.

 

RETURNS

Purchased goods can be returned without penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 working days from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on the website. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, including the risk of loss or damage to the products.

If you wish to return a purchase made on the website, send an email to duestelleitalia@gmail.com

Remember to be as detailed as possible about your request, specifying the reference (product code, model) and your contact information.

To return an order made on the website, you need to do four simple things:

  1.  Send an email to duestelleitalia@gmail.com specifying, if you wish, the reason for the return or replacement request (for example: wrong goods sent, goods arrived damaged, wrong size)
  2. On the outside of the packaging, indicate Returned Goods and return the shipment to our logistics center in Rome.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned to avoid any damage during shipment.
  4. Once we have received and checked the returned item(s), we will arrange a refund or replacement within 30 days.

Returns not processed with the Duestelle Italia procedure will not be accepted.
