WIRE TRANSFER

Only SEPA transfers are accepted (European banks) in EUR. For any transfer outside the SEPA area, contact customer service. (payments in different currencies available)

 

PAYMENTS NOT ACCEPTED

Methods not accepted : Cheques, Money Orders, Cash, International Money Orders, Cash on Delivery, Financing, and Payment by Installments.

VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS

This service offered by banks allows you to obtain a code to use for online transactions with a maximum spending limit and time limit. Virtual cards can also be disposable, therefore usable for a single transaction, as an alternative similar to traditional credit cards, but with a limited duration, determined when the code is requested.

How does it work : the bank, for each online purchase, provides you with disposable temporary codes consisting of 16 digits. For each purchase with a virtual card you will need to use the code to confirm the transaction. This code is provided to you online from the website of the bank that issued the virtual card. PAYMENT AND SECURITY QUESTIONS

Is there a risk of fraud or bank card manipulation when paying for my online purchases?
 
At the time of the bank card transaction, your sensitive data is protected. Paypal and Worldpay automatically encrypt your sensitive data with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
 

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with Paypal ?

No. You can choose the Paypal payment method and pay for your purchases with different bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc...) without necessarily having a PayPal account.

How does Paypal payment work?

a / Once you reach the Paypal secure payment page.
b / If you have a Paypal account, log in. If you don't have a Paypal account, enter the payment information relating to your order (a bank card and coordinates) .
c / Check the data entered and confirm the order.

Do I have payment limits with Paypal?

Paypal limits payments with a maximum ceiling of 1500 euros (annual renewal) for unverified PayPal users. To be a verified Paypal user, just confirm your identity (a simple process that takes a week to complete) . In fact, if the amount of your order is equal to or greater than 1500 euros, we recommend the "Bank card" payment method.
